About The Foundation

The CCS Foundation is a fully operational 501(c)3 organization.  This foundation will serve as the official fundraising arm of the school. While the foundation will manage all donations moving forward, all operational decisions will remain the responsibility of the School Board.

We are grateful for the prayers and support from our community, parents, and donors. The Foundation Board looks forward to serving our community and beyond as we begin this exciting new chapter in the development of Casper Christian School.

Mr. Patrick Ellbogen - Chairman

Patrick Ellbogen is the Chairman of the CCS Foundation Board Chairman. Patrick believes that public education was effective in educating our children in the past; however, he is a firm  believer in and a beneficiary of private Christian-based education. Given the current state of morality in our nation and, in particular, in our schools, Patrick believes Christian education is more needed now than ever.

As such, he has been  involved in the development of Casper Christian School since its inception.  Over the past 25 years, he has managed a series of businesses involving oil and gas exploration, mining, and real estate.  In addition, he is responsible for the management of some significant financial portfolios. Patrick is excited to serve in any capacity that will benefit the growth and sustainability of Casper Christian School.

Dr. Shane Stone - CCS Head of School and Liaison to the Foundation

(Non-Voting)

Shane Stone holds a Ph.D. in Leadership with an emphasis in Religion, a very good fit for his position as Head of School. Dr. Stone comes from a career that is evenly split between law enforcement, teaching criminal justice at the college and university levels, and pastoral ministry. He believes that all three of these groups of experiences are valuable in his new position as Head of School and a member of the CCS Foundation Board.

Originally from Missouri and married since 1991, Shane and his wife, Melissa, moved to Casper in 2012. They planted roots here and feel blessed to have two of their three children living in Casper, along with four of their seven grandchildren. Shane and Melissa are both very excited about where the school has been, and even more excited about where Casper Christian School is headed in the future.
